Shipping
We ship from our warehouses in the US and Canada with trusted carriers who serve the continental US and Canada. We make sure they make an appointment with you 24 hours before delivery. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Because the delivery vehicles are often semi-trailers, you may be asked to pick up the e-trike at a more open location. Plan on either towing a trailer or driving a pickup, or asking a friend so equipped to help you out.
