When you talk about range with e-trikes or e-bikes, the range is going to vary greatly on a couple of factors. One, the weight of the rider, two, the terrain and conditions, and three, the load that you may or may not be carrying in your basket.

　　Rider weight has a big impact. I'm 220 pounds. Somebody who is 120 pounds is going to get more range out of the battery without a doubt because you're adding a hundred pounds of load to the bike, and the battery and motor have to bring that along. In addition, if you have a load in the back, that's going to affect the battery range as well. But generally speaking, 10 to 20 miles if you're just using the throttle or 15 to 35 miles in pedal-assist mode.
